Half day training

This course is designed for clinicians, medical providers, educators or other agencies, organizations, para-professionals or professionals working with child welfare organizations.

Course objectives:

• Identify child abuse definitions
• Review protocols of investigations, foster care, and legal issues
• Discuss the necessary steps to make a child abuse report
• Determine your role, understand your boundaries, and advocate for the child
